All items in original, unworn condition may be returned within seven days of receipt for a full refund to the original payment method, store credit, or exchange. All watches must be returned with all original packaging and paperwork. Returns must be initiated within the seven day return period and shipped promptly thereafter. To do so, simply email info@moment-watch.com and we will provide instructions. Please be aware that any attempt to change the strap or bracelet could result in unintentional damage to the watch case that would make it ineligible for return.

We are proud to fulfill and ship orders around the world via UPS, FedEx, DHL, and USPS. All watch shipments are shipped via insured expedited service. Orders are guaranteed to ship within one business day following approval by our fraud detection system.

Please note that MOMENT is required to declare the retail value of all items in shipments, and that your shipment may be subject to import fees upon arrival in the destination country. Any incurred importation fees or taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
